Not only did he design the kitchen and bath but he cared enough to order and oversee everything down to the tiniest detail. He suggested patterns, hardware, lights, design and took the lead when I was too busy to make decisions. I love everything about the remodel. My 30 year old kitchen and bath is updated and beautifully done with new quartz, backsplash, LED mirrors , and painted cabinets. Office staff - Always friendly, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and helpful Yarden, the designer and PM - The best to work with! Always on top of things and totally understood my taste right away. I could trust him to see my project through from start to finish. He's fun to communicate with and very patient considering I'm not the easiest client. He was able to find ways to work within my budget and make beautiful selections for me since I don't always know what looks good together. When I think of Bayside, I think Yarden because he was with us the entire time and he is amazing! Rich, the field manager - was great at keeping his crews on time and keeping me in the loop of progress and schedule. Very easy to talk to, hands on, and had good suggestions. Carlos, the architect - very professional, thoughtful, and able to think of creative ways to get what I wanted approved by City permitting The Crews - polite and quick. Respectful of the fact that I could not empty my home to make their lives easier... they pushed through and had excellent TOP QUALITY work Overall, a great experience and I am soooo happy with the results.
