We are properly licensed and insured to operate throughout the state of Arizona including Phoenix, Tucson, Mesa, Chandler, Scottsdale, Glendale, Tempe, Peoria, Surprise, Yuma, Flagstaff, Casa Grande, and all other Arizona communities. All work performed complies with Arizona Revised Statutes, local building codes, and municipal permit requirements.

13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Arizona website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under Arizona law, the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.
